If you know about my Go Now application process, I originally hoped to be sent with a healthcare team to the Philippines. Well, after two days of being in Chiang Mai, I can't imagine being anywhere else. We immediately bonded with the missionary family and a few of the Thai people. Today we had a meeting over everything that needs to happen this summer and I swear I couldn't stop giggling. Every task given to us is what I love to do - and what I'm good at! I cannot wait to tell everyone the ways God will be moving here this summer.
Tomorrow I will teach my first English class. These will be every Friday night at 6 PM. Please pray that they will go smoothly, I will have an opportunity at the end of every class to discuss a parable from the Bible. The other girls from my team will also teach their classes throughout the week.
A lot of my prayer requests have already been answered so thank you for commitment to praying for me and the people here in Chiang Mai.
